All our team members approach Collectivity via word-of-mouth and referrals. We operate a very selective process ensuring that our team members have the right experience and attitude required for the role.

Our team is always evolving but we can have projects where 90 team members are required and sometimes just 1 team member is required. Regardless of the size of the project, we always provide suitable and experienced team members.
